LIA ABRAMS

Since 2019, She has been a dedicated member of the Rutherford, NJ community, actively contributing to youth development and service initiatives. As a Merit Badge Counselor and leader with Scouting America’s Rutherford Troop 166, she is committed to mentoring young individuals through experiences, leadership development, and outdoor adventure.

She holds a degree in Business Communication and grew up in Guttenberg, NJ. In addition to her work in Scouting, She serves as a Deacon at the First Presbyterian Church of Rutherford and chairs its Mission Committee, leading community outreach and service programs that foster meaningful impact.

With a strong passion for mentorship and community service, She strives to create opportunities that empower young people to grow, lead, and succeed. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and tuxedo cats.
