Laura has degrees in teaching. She is currently a full time Domestic Engineer, Sea Scout leader, and a member of the Coast Guard Auxilliary. In her spare time she enjoys traveling and walking. Laura learns a great deal from her phenomenal children Raquelle and Maxwell. She is married to Alex, whom she met through their synagogue youth groups. Laura and her family have two adorable guinea pigs, Marco SUPAHOTFILE Rubio and President Gerald R. Ford, formerly known as Princess Eric. She recently made her acting debut on the Temple Israel stage as she played the role of the Tin Man in the Rebbe of Oz. Her scouting honors include the NNJC Sea Scout Leadership Award, Shofar Award, Order of the Silver Fork, Commodore Jean M. Tarantino Award, and the International Awareness Award. She is a graduate of Seabadge 51-NJ-2019.
